We understand that sometimes returns may be required, and we are committed to making the process as simple and seamless as possible. This return policy outlines our guidelines for product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return eligibility
1.Richeermotor.com provides a 30 days return policy from the date of receipt.
2.If the item received is damaged or incorrect, the return is free and comes with a return label.
3.If the return is caused by a consumer, for example, if these items are no longer needed, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can use your own transportation method.
4.The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Any items returned to us without original packaging and/or in poor condition will be rejected and returned to the sender. We do not accept items that are worn out or have been used. Any indication of use on the product will be rejected and returned to the sender. There will be no exceptions.
*It is recommended to consult customer service before purchasing if it is suitable for your vehicle.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after the purchase date, as long as the item is in its original state and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. The final product sold does not meet the return criteria.
Transportation damage claim
If you see any evidence of damage and/or tampering on the outer packaging, please ensure that the delivery personnel note it on the delivery receipt and refuse to accept the damaged package. Once we confirm with our carrier that there is a bill on the delivery receipt, we will send you a replacement and bear the shipping cost.
If your package was left by the courier during your absence and damaged during transportation, you must report the issue to us and the carrier within 48 hours after the delivery date.

Note: We will not accept transportation damage claims within 7 days after receiving the product.
If the return is caused by the customer, such as changing their mind. The customer should be responsible for this ship.
Return shipping cost
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.
Except for damaged or defective items, in this case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. We recommend using traceable transportation methods and purchasing transportation insurance for the value of returns to ensure the safe and timely arrival of our returned products.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs. We will also send an email notification to inform you if the refund was successful. The refund will be issued in the original payment form used at the time of purchase. Refund receipt may be delayed due to bank processing time.
Exchange
We do not currently offer exchange services. If you want to exchange items, please initiate a return for unnecessary items and place a new order for the required items.
