What do wheel spacers do?

Wheel spacers are mounted on the wheel assembly and allow the wheel to move farther out by increasing the distance between the hub assembly and the wheel itself.

The end result of installing wheel spacers is a greater distance between the two wheels. The wheel spacers have bolts that match the holes in the tire hub and come with studs that hold the spacer to the wheel assembly. The studs that go through the wheel spacer are what hold the wheel to the vehicle. Because the wheel spacer is mounted on the hub assembly, you do not need to move the hub assembly.

6061-T6 aluminum alloy
Our products are forged from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, and each product is treated with surface oxidation, which greatly enhances the hardness and corrosion resistance of the products.

12.9 class studs
High quality studs are very important to the car. We specially choose 12.9 class studs and use thermal processing to ensure the strength and hardness of the studs and provide safety for driving.

CNC automatic processing
We use CNC automatic processing technology to ensure the high precision and stability of each product, so that it can be perfectly installed in your vehicle,Giving your vehicle a more aggressive appearance, last the life of your vehicle.

SGS Test
These nuts pass the 240 hours neutral salt spray test without damaged. The bolts pass the standard tensile strength test to ensure the hardness and toughness.

If your OEM studs are longer than the thickness of the spacers
Or Make sure the wheels have the open cavities between mounting holes.
Or Purchase a set of new shorter studs.
Or Shorten the OEM studs by grinding them down.

How to measure the fender gap to choose suitable thickness?

Use the measuring device to measure from the outer of the tire to the inner fender lip, take the minimum gap after repeated measurements.
To avoid touching and causing friction, the thickness of spacers should be less than the fender gap,(The maximum thickness of spacer =the minimum fender gap - 12mm ) is recommended.
